9 إبريل - 5:50 مساءً- تقدمت جبهة الدفاع عن متظاهرى مصر اليوم ببلاغ وطلب للنائب العام ضد عدد من المسئولين فى وزارة الداخلية وقد تضمن البلاغ الأول طلب للتحقيق فى وقائع الاحتجاز الغير قانوني لعدد من النشطاء المحتجزين حتى الأن منهم أحمد عودة والمحتجز بمقر مباحث أمن الدولة بمدينة 6 أكتوبر وأحمد محمود عبد السلام المحتجز بمركز شرطة أوسيم ويواجه المحامون وأهالي النشطاء تعنت من الشرطة، وقد أرسلت نسخ من البلاغ بأرقام 647 ، 648 ، 649 ، 651 ، 650 ، 652 / 8 بتاريخ اليوم (9 إبريل 2010).
كما تقدمت الجبهة أيضا بطلب للنائب العام ومأمور قسم ترحيلات الخليفة لترحيل الناشط روماني صموئيل جبرائيل على نفقتنا الخاصة فى أسرع وقت بدلاً من ترحيله فى موعد الترحيلات المقررة سلفاً لمحافظة سوهاج السبت القادم، وقد أرفق مع الطلب تليفون جبهة الدفاع عن متظاهرى مصر بمركز هشام مبارك للقانون لدفع تكاليف الترحيل فى حالة موافقة المسئولين، وقد حمل الطلب رقم 120، 121 ، 122 ، 123 / 96 بتاريخ اليوم.
Front for the Defense of Egypt Protestors Files a Complaint for Investigating Illegal Detention of Activists & Submits a Request to to Cover the Cost to Transfer Activist Romani Samuel
9 April, 5.50 PM- The Front to Defend Egypt Protestors filed a complaint with the public prosecutor today against a number of Ministry of Interior officials. The first complaint demanded an investigation of the illegal detention of a number of activists still held in police custody despite orders by the prosecution of their release. Among them are Ahmed Odeh, detained at the SSI headquarters in 6th of October city, Ahmed Mahmoud Abdel Salam, held by the police at the Osim police station. Lawyers and families of the detainees are facing the obstruction of the release by the police. The numbers of the submitted complaints are 647, 648, 649, 650, 651 and 652/8 on the 9th of April 2010.
The front also submitted a request to the public prosecutor and the chief of police in the Khalifeh to cover the cost for the transfer department to transfer activist Romani Samuel Gibrael as soon as possible to his home in Sohag, after the transfer department decided to keep him in police custody until next Saturday when the transfer to Sohag is scheduled. The front annexed to their request phone numbers to contact the Front at the Hisham Mubrak Law Center in case officials approve. The request is registered by numbers 120, 121, 122,123/96 the 9th of April 2010.
