تحديث- 6:30 مساءاً : إحال النائب العام البلاغ لنيابة وسط القاهرة للتحقيق فى ذات اليوم، وقد باشر المحامي العام لنيابة وسط القاهرة التحقيق فى البلاغ والذي حمل رقم 580 عرائض وسط القاهرة، وقد استمعت النيابة لإقوال خمسة من النشطاء المجني عليهم وهم أسماء محفوظ، نيلي عبد الرحمن، جانيت عبد العليم ، عبد الرحمن فارس، مصطفى مجدي وقد قررت النيابة استكمال التحقيق فى البلاغ غداً، بالاستماع لباقي المجني عليهم.
10 إبريل، 1 ظهراً- تقدمت جبهة الدفاع عن متظاهرى مصر منذ قليل ببلاغ للنائب العام حول الاعتداءات التي وقعت بحق المتظاهرين يوم 6 إبريل، والاحتجاز الغير قانوني للعدد من النشطاء، والتحرشي الجنسي الذي وقع على ثلاث فتيات وشاب. ووقع البلاغ 17 من المجني عليهم، وحمل البلاغ رقم 6980. وقد وعد النائب العام بالرد علينا بعد الساعة الثالثة ظهراً.
Front for the Defense of Egypt's Protesters Submits a Complaint to the Public Prosecutor regarding Illegal Detention of activists & Sexual Harassment
Update: 6.30 PM- The public prosecutor referred our complaint to the central Cairo prosecution in the same day. The public attorney began the investigation in the complaint which received serial number 580. The prosecution listened to the testimonies of five of the victims: Asmaa Mahfouz, Nelli Abdel Rahman, Janet Abdel Aim, Abdel Rahman Fares, and Mosafa Magdi and decided to continue tomorrow with the remaining complainants.
10 April, 1 PM- The Front for the Defense of Egypt's Protesters (FDEP) submitted a complaint to the public prosecutor regarding the attacks on the 6th of April demonstrators, the illegal detention of several of the activists and the sexual harassment of three women and a man amongst the demonstrators. The complaint was signed by 17 of the victims and carries the number 6980. The public prosecutor promised to give his feedback by 3 pm.
