تقدمت جبهة الدفاع عن متظاهري مصر صباح اليوم بتلغرافات للنائب العام لاحتجاز العشرات من المتظاهرين بمباحث أمن الدولة فرع الساحل، وثقت الجبهة أسم أحد المحتجزين وهو" شريف مختار عز الدين ".
يذكر أن نيابة بولاق أبو العلا قد عرض عليها أكثر من خمسون من المتظاهرين فى منطقة بولاق أبو العلا وقد قررت النيابة بتاريخ 26 يناير إخلاء سبيلهم بضمان محل الإقامة إلا أن مباحث أمن الدولة لم تنفذ قرار النيابة وقامت باحتجازهم فى مقر مباحث أمن الدولة بالساحل وهو ما دعا الجبهة للتقدم ببلاغها للنائب العام.

The Front to Defend Egypt Protesters submits a Complaint to the Public Prosecutor for the arrest and detention of tens of protesters in State Security in Al Sahel
Update: 5:11 PM: Sherif Mukhtar Ezzeldin was released after one of the FDEP lawyers went to Boulaq Abu El-Ela police station.
Today morning, FDEP submitted a complaint to the Public Prosecutor's office following the arrest of tens of protesters in State Security offices in Al-Sahel. FDEP was able to document one of the detainees name- Sherif Mukhtar Ezzeldin.
Over fifty protesters were presented to Abu El Ela Prosecution office in Boulaq Abu El-Ela and on 26 January, prosecution has decided to release all of them. However, State Security did not comply with the Prosecution's decision and protesters remained in detention in State Security offices in El-Sahel, which have incited FDEP to submit the complaint to the Public Prosecutor.
