التهم الموجهه للمقبوض عليهم بالسويس:
- التجمهر و منع تنفيذ اللوائح و التأثير على السلطات العامة و ذلك باستعمال القوة.
- التحريض على نزاهة و اذدراء نظام الحكم المقرر في القطر المصري.
- التعدي على القائمين على تنفيذ أحكام القسم الأول من الباب الثاني من الكتاب الثاني من قانون العقوبات وباستعمال القوة و العنف حال كونهم حاملين أسلحة.
- التعدي على رجال الضبط ومقاومتهم بالقوة والعنف أثناء و بسبب تأدية و ظيفتهم وقد حصل من التعدي و المقاومة ضرب نشئ عنه جرح المذكورين و كان باستخدام أدوات .
- احراز مواد مفرقعة قبل الحصول على ترخيص بذلك من السلطة المختصة و استعمالها على نحو يعرض حياة وأموال الناس للخطر
- التخريب العمدي لمباني وأموال عامة بغرض ارهابي على النحو المبين بالأوراق.
- تعطيل سير وسائل النقل البرية و المواصلات عمدا وذلك على النحو المبين بالأوراق.
- وضع النار عمدا في المباني و أسواق و اشياء ليست مملوكة للمتهمين مما يسبب ضررا للغير على النحو المبين بالأوراق.
- اتلاف الأموال الثابتة و المنقولة المملوكة للغير على النحو المبين بالأوراق.

- حريق فرش حلويات مولد النبي
- تكسير سيارات عامة.

Charges against activists arrested in Suez
Charges against the persons arrested in Suez:
- Assembly and preventing the implementation of regulations and affecting the public authorities and with the use of force.
- Incitement and defamation of the integrity of the ruling regime established in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Infringement on the responsible for the implementation of the provisions of Section I of Part II of Book II of the Penal Code and the use of force and violence because of carrying weapons.
- Attacking police officers and resisting them by force and violence during and because of conducting their job responsibilities. Resistance led to beating and injuring police officers using tools.
- Obtaining explosive materials prior to obtaining a permit from the competent authority and using in a manner that endangers the lives and property of people.
- Deliberate sabotage of buildings and public facilities for a terrorist reason as described in documents.
- Deliberately disrupting the land transportation, as shown in documents.
- Intentionally setting a fire in buildings and markets, and things that are not owned by the accused as set out in documents.
- Destruction of movable and immovable property owned by others as set forth in documents.
