تحديث 11 مساء: تم إحالة راجية عمران إلي النيابة العسكرية في مدينة نصر، والان محامو جبهة الدفاع متواجدون بالنيابة وتم منعهم من مقابلة راجية.
راجية عمران محامية حقوقية وردت إلينا أنباء أنها كانت تراقب الاستفتاء اليوم 19 مارس بتصريح استخرجته لها الجمعية المصرية للنهوض بالمشاركة المجتمعية حين دخل ضابط جيش إلى اللجنة وطلب منها الخروج فأصرت على البقاء حيث أنها تحمل تصريحا. وأثناء خروجها من اللجنة لحديث في هاتفها سمعها الطرف الذي كانت تحادثه تصرخ "سيبني، سيبني" ثم انقطع الخط. وقد وردت أخبار من بعدها أن راجية محتجزة في مديرية أمن القاهرة وبعد فترة من إنكار وجودها هناك تأكد المحامون من وجودها هناك فعلا. وقد رفضت الشرطة العسكرية أن تسمح للمحامين بمقابلتها وأشاروا إلى أن راجية كانت تحمل في حقيبتها أوراقا تضم أسماء معتقلين.
جدير بالذكر أن الأستاذة راجيه عمران المحامية ناشطة أيضا في جبهة الدفاع عن متظاهرى مصر وأنها كانت تتابع بشكل يومي تقريبا أحوال المعتقلين والمحتجزين في النيابة العسكرية والسجن الحربي كما تحدثت في المؤتمر الصحفي الذي عقد في نقابة الصحفيين يوم الأربعاء 16 مارس 2011 عن حالات التعذيب التي تمت في المتحف والسجن الحربي وأعلنت تطوعها وعدد آخر من المحامين لمتابعة بلاغاتهم وبلاغات أهالي المعتقلين.
فهل تدفع راجية عمران اليوم ثمن نشاطها القانوني الحقوقي في مساعدة الشباب الذين اعتقلوا بعد 25 يناير؟

Lawyer and activist Ragia Omran kidnapped today from a poll station where she was authorized to monitor the referendum
Update 20 March 01:00am: Ragia is released.
Update 11:00pm: Ragia is moved to the military prosecution in Nasr City, and the lawyers aren't allowed to meet her.
The Front to Defened Egypt Protesters received news that lawyer and activist Ragia Omran monitoring the referendum today on behalf of the Egyptian Association for the Enhancement of Community Participation was kidnapped from in front of the poll station she was monitoring. An army officer had walked into the poll station and tried to make her leave. She insisted to stay showing her monitoring permit. While on her mobile in front of the poll station the person she was talking to heard her scream "leave me" and then her line was interrupted. The Front later received news that Ragia is being held by the army at the Cairo security directorate. After denying her presence at the directorate the lawyers confirmed her presence there. The military police told her lawyers that they found papers with names of detainees in her bag!!!!
Ragia Omran is also an activist in the Front and has been recently following very closely detainees in military prisons and those prosecuted by military prosecution and tried in front of military courts. She was also outspoken in a recent press conference held at the press syndicate on the 16th of March where she addressed torture that took place in the museum and the military prison and expressed her and her colleagues' readiness to legally represent torture survivors and families of detainees.
Is Ragia Omran paying today for her legal and human rights activism in helping Egyptian youth detained since the 25th of January?
