طلب ندب قاضي تحقيق فى جرائم قتل المتظاهرين والتحريض الإعلامي واستخدام الغاز فى بلاغ الجبهة للنائب العام

تقدم اليوم محامو جبهة الدفاع عن متظاهري مصر ببلاغ للنائب العام ضد عدد من قيادات المجلس العسكري وجهاز الشرطة ووزير الإعلام بخصوص جرائم قتل المتظاهريين السلميين وإحداث إصابتهم، وقد تضمن البلاغ قائمة بالشهداء والمصابين وكذلك عدد من المفقودين، وذلك فى القاهرة وباقي المحافظات التى تشهد مظاهرات واحتجاجات خلال الأيام الماضية.
وقد أعتمد البلاغ على التوثيق الذي قامت به الجبهة خلال الأيام الماضية فتضمنت قائمة الشهداء من القاهرة وعدد من المحافظات وكذلك المصابين واللذين تضمنوا أيضا أحمد حرارة وأحمد عبد الفتاح الصحفي بجريدة المصري اليوم ومالك مصطفى الناشط والمسئول الإعلامي بمركز هشام مبارك للقانون، وغيرهم.
وورد فى البلاغ التحريض الإعلامي الذي قام به التلفزيون الرسمي والذي وصف المتظاهرين بأوصاف مثل بمثيري الشغب.، كما طالب البلاغ بالتحقيق فى حقيقة إطلاق قنابل الغاز تؤثر على الاعصاب.
وقد أصرت جبهة الدفاع عن متظاهري مصر على طلبها بندب قاضي تحقيق فى وقائع انتهاكات حقوق المتظاهرين السلميين، وذلك لأهمية القضية ولتحقيق أكبر قد من الحياد والاستقلالية وقد أبلغتنا النيابة العامة سترد علينا بخصوص طلب انتداب قاضي تحقيق.

Communiqué to the Prosecutor-General Demanding
An Investigative Judge to be assigned for Murdering Protesters, Media Incitement and the Use of Gas

November 23, 2011: A communiqué to the Prosecutor-General against a number of the military council and police commanders as well as the Minister of Information about murdering and injuring the peaceful protesters was filed by the Front to Defend Egypt Protesters. It included a list of the names of martyrs, injured, as well as a number of missing, in Cairo and other governorates, which witnessed demonstrations and protests during the last few days.

It relied on the documentation done by the Front during the last few days and included the list of martyrs from Cairo and a number of provinces, as well as the injured including the activist Ahmed Harara; Ahmed Abdel Fattah, a columnist at El Masry al-Youm; Malek Mustafa, an activist and media officer at the Hisham Mubarak Law Center; and others.
The communiqué also included the media incitement carried out by the state television, which described the protesters as rioters, and called for investigating the fact that the tear gas affects the nerves.
For the importance attached to the case and for achieving neutrality and independence, the Front has insisted on the assignment of an investigating judge to interrogate the facts of violations of the rights of peaceful demonstrators. This request was submitted to the Public Prosecutor and we are waiting for his response.
