التحقيق مع العشرات من الشباب منهم أطفال فى احداث بورسعيد

حتى الأن لم تصدر نيابة بورسعيد الكلية قرارها بشأن المتهمين الذين عرضوا عليها أمس، كما نفي أحد أعضاء النيابة لمحامين الجبهة من شبكة محامين هشام مبارك ببورسعيد علمهم بأي قرارات بالتحفظ أو حبس أي من قيادات وزارة الداخلية ببورسعيد.

إنتهاء التحقيقات مع 52 متهم والمحامون فى انتظار قرار النيابة، والتحقيق مع متهم جديد مصاب ببتر فى أصابعه أثر انفجار أحد الالعاب النارية بيده وبعد تلقيه العلاج بأحد مستشفيات ببورسعيد.

تتابع غرفة طوارئ جبهة الدفاع عن متظاهري مصر حالات القبض والانتهاكات القانونية المترتبة على إحداث بورسعيد سواء فى القاهرة أو فى المحافظات.

ففي بورسعيد تجري نيابة بورسعيد الكلية الأن التحقيق فى المحضر رقم 437 لسنة 2012 جنح المناخ والمتهم فيه 52 متهم أغلبهم من الشباب وبينهم 26 طفل لا يتجاوز عمرهم 18 عام، وجاري تحديد شخصية 12 متهم أخر من خلال تحريات المباحث الجنائية لاتخاذ إجراءات القبض عليهم، ووفقا لمحامي شبكة المحامين بمركز هشام مبارك للقانون ببورسعيد فقد وجهت النيابة العامة للمتهمين بعدد من الاتهامات وهي:

- استخدام القوة والعنف والأذى بالمجني عليهم الواردة أسمائهم بالتحقيقات وتعطيل تنفيذ القوانين واللوائح وإلحاق الرعب فى نفوس سالفي الذكر وتكدير الأمن والسكينة والحاق الضرر بممتلكات ومصالح الغير.

- إتلاف مباني ومنشآت معدة للنفع العام عمداً.

- التعدي بالضرب على المجني عليهم عمداً مع سبق الإصرار ونتج عنه ضرب أفضي إلى موت.

- إحداث عاهات مستديمة.

- إتلاف منقولات مملوكة للغير.

ووفقا لتوثيق محامو مركز هشام مبارك للقانون ببورسعيد فقد انتهت النيابة العامة من التحقيق مع 25 فقط من أجمالي 52 متهم وفيما يلي قائمة بأسماء من تم التحقيق معهم:

15. فؤاد أحمد التابعي.
16. محمد السعيد محمد.
17. فوزي عبد العال عبد اللطيف.
18. محمد كامل السيد.
19. محمد شعبان محمد.
20. إسلام أحمد علي.
21. مؤمن جمال عبد العزيز.
22. عبد الله محمد عبد الحليم.

وقامت المباحث الجنائية التابعة لوزارة الداخلية بإجراء تحريات عن الواقعة قالت فيها بأن سبب الوفاة انهيار السور الحديدي بسبب تدافع الجماهير، وينتظر الأن المحامون مثول باقي المتهمين أمام نيابة بورسعيد الكلية.

ووفقا لإفادات محامو شبكة محامين مركز هشام مبارك للقانون ببورسعيد فأن أجمالي عدد الشهداء فى هذه الإحداث 73 شهيد منهم ثلاثة شهدا من أهالي بورسعيد وكذلك عريف شرطي سري يدعي "على علاء المرسي" ومجند بالقوات المسلحة كان متواجد بمدرجات الجماهير.

وقد تم نقل 70 جثمان شهيد إلى عدد من المستشفيات ببورسعيد تم التعرف على 23 شهيد منهم وتفصيلها كالتالي من واقع محضر الواقعة رقم 437 لسنة 2012 جنح المناخ المحرر بتاريخ أمس 1/2/2012 الساعة الحادية عشر مساءاً:

- المستشفي العسكري ببورسعيد وبها 24 جثمان منهم 17 مجهولين.
- مستشفي التضامن بها 8 جثامين منهم أربعة مجهولين.
- مستشفي المبرة بها 5 جثامين.
- مستشفي الزهور 12 جثمان منهم 6 مجهولين.
- مسشتفي الحميات 18 جثمان منهم 17 مجهولين.
- مستشفي أل سليمان وبها 3 جثامين مجهولين.

Interrogating tens of youth, children among them in PortSaid incidents

Up till now the prosecutor of PortSaid did not issue its decision concerning the suspects, who were interrogated yesterday. and according to what a lawyer of the lawyers network in PortSaid said, that a member of the prosecutor office denied any decisions of detaining or arresting to any of the senior officers in Ministry of Interior in PortSaid.

The interrogations with 52 suspects were ended and the lawyers are waiting for the decision of the prosecutor . and in addition that the interrogation with a new suspect suffering from cutting in his fingers, because of explosion of fire work in his hand and he received the needed medical treatment.

The emergency room of FDEP is following the cases of arrest and the violations related to the incidents of PortSaid, whether in Cairo or in other governorates
In PortSaid:

The general prosecutor is interrogating in the record 437 for 2012, Felonies of el Manakh and in which 52 are suspects, the majority of them are youth and among them there are 26 children , less than 18 years old. And identifying 12 suspects is ongoing, according to the lawyers of the Hisham Mubark lawyers' network in PortSaid .

And the general prosecutor accused the suspects with the following crimes:

· Using violence and force and hurting the victims, whose names are stated in the interrogations. And stopping the implementation of the law and in- laws and terrorizing the victims mentioned before. And destabilizing the security and damaging properties of others.

· Intentionally , Damaging buildings and establishments used for public services

· Intentionally beating the victims and that lead to beating ended into death

· Causing handicaps

· Damaging properties belonging to others

And according to the documentation of HMLC lawyers in PortSaid, the prosecutor finished interrogating 52 suspects. And their names are:

And the criminal investigations department CID investigated the incidents, and they said that the reason of the death is the collapsing the iron wall because of fans pushing . and currently the lawyers are waiting for the presence of the rest of the suspects in front of the prosecutors

And according to the statements of the lawyers of HMLC lawyers network in Port Said, the number of the martyrs are 73, three of them are from Port Said , and there is a secret police agent called " Ali Alaa el Morsy" and a soldier of the armed forces who was among the fans .

And 70 corpses were transferred to some hospitals in PortSaid, 23 were identified , and its details according to the record 437 year 2012 , felonies el Manakh , filed yesterday 1/2/2012, at 11 PM:

· The military hospital in PortSaid, has 24 corpses, 17 are unknown

· El Tadamon hospital has 8 corpses, 4 are unknown

· El Mabra hospital has 5 corpses

· El Zohor has 12 corpses , 6 are unknown

· El Homiat hospital has 18 corpses, 17 are unknown

· Al Soliman and it has 3 unknown corpses
