FDEP strongly condemns the arrest of volunteer lawyer and human rights activist, Ali Taha Omar, yesterday 15th May when he was in front of the Israeli embassy after the break up of demonstration violently and the arrest of dozens of protesters . - It is worth mentioned that yesterday on the anniversary of Al- Nakba' Israeli occupation of Palestine" a demonstration was broken violently in front of the Israeli embassy which led to injury of many protesters and around 60 were arrested and transported to the military prison in the morning and now they are investigating them.
- FDEP is calling for the importance of immediate release for Ail Taha, the lawyer and member of FDEP and all other peaceful protesters who were arrested
