قررت النيابة العسكرية حبس المقبوض عليهم فى إحداث 28 يونيو 2011 15 يوماً على ذمة التحقيقات وطلبت تحريات عن الواقعة، وعلمت جبهة الدفاع عن متظاهري مصر بأن النيابة العسكرية وجهت لما يقرب من 49 من المتظاهرين والمقبوض عليهم ، اتهامات باستعمال القوة والعنف مع مكلفين بالخدمة العامة واستعراض القوة والعنف والإتلاف والتخريب العمدى لأموال مملوكة للدولة، وحيازة أسحلة بيضاء.
